Advanced Certification Course Schedule

IM=X® Advanced Certification

Congratulations on taking the next step in your IM=X Pilates and Fitness continuing education! In the Advanced certification, you will expand upon your strong foundation of the IM=X fundamentals and sequences, while learning how to add variety yet specificity in the classroom. In this course, the IM=X eight basic sequences are expanded into 65 new and unique sequences. In addition to learning the detail of all new exercises, you will learn new formats including Stretch, Interval Training, Hybrid (Floor and Reformer) and Abs to add new workouts to your teaching repertoire.
