Through an immersive exploration of stretch and manual traction cues, learn how to work with back pain patients as a provider of therapeutic exercise. The IM=X Pilates program has been proven to reduce back pain, prevent injury and assist in rehabilitation from injury and surgery. IM=X Pilates is an excellent addition to chiropractic care and physical therapy.
