Download and complete our Confidential Candidate Application. You can fax it to 646.349.5220 or email it to PT@imxpilates.com – this form gives us an idea of what your goals are and your capital requirements. Once we have received your application then we will email you the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) and IM=X Business Plan template for your review.

If you are adding IM=X to your existing medical office; then we will discuss and evaluate the layout options of your location. If you are going to be renting or purchasing real estate then we will begin a real estate search. Our real estate team will focus on the best deals and the highest income demographics of your area.

Review our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) with an attorney or business advisor. We will schedule a meeting to discuss any questions that you may have. In this step you may also be submitting the IM=X Business Plan to a lender if capital is required for the project. (Note: Most Plug-In models only require $30-$50k)

At this point if all conditions are right for you to add IM=X Therapeutic Exercise and Pilates to your practice then we simply set a date to Sign the Franchise Agreement and get going! At this stage we begin planning your staff certifications, business training and marketing!
