IM=X® Cycle/Tower and HRT Certification

The IM=X® Cycle/Tower Program

includes 11 sequences that combine indoor cycling techniques with upper body resistance and stabilization using the IM=X Tower and Ring. This course reviews each of the 11 sequences plus general cycling principles such as positioning clients on the bike, increasing intensity through cadence or resistance, and monitoring workouts by Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE). The manual offers multiple formats which combine other routines with the 11 sequences; thus there are many hybrid formats to choose from.

The IM=X Cycle/Tower Program provides regular participants with cardiovascular endurance, core muscle strength, good posture, and upper body strength/flexibility — all-in-one workout. Rather than a typical ride; this unique workout keeps participants focused on posture, balance, breathing and core muscle endurance! Participants should be comfortable with regular indoor cycling prior to taking this challenging class.

Length: 1 day (10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.) | Skype training available.
